Product Summary :

This Customer Relationship Management Database is a straightforward and easy-to-use tool. All the contacts generated by a company are entered, along with the basic details (address, email & phone numbers; primary and secondary contact details, category of company - from A ccountants to W holesalers)         

Additional fields then hold more detailed information on the prospect; No. of employees, company turnover, type of LAN, Accountancy software used etc. All fields are customisable.

A "company search" facility allows any number of cross reference searches eg. "All companies of Activity - Accountants, with Address - Stillorgan, and employees 5-20". 

The database can facilitate Direct Mailshots; push-of-a-button creation of a simple spreadsheet which includes all contact and address fields for a mail merge, eMailshots; automatic draw-down of a list of emails, from the cross-referenced lists, and Faxshots automatic draw-down of a list of fax numbers, to be sent to automated faxing solution e.g. Zetafax.

  • Facilitates Direct mailshots to target groups identified from cross-reference lists – generates Excel spreadsheet to be used in mail merge.
  • Facilitates eMailshots; collates available email addresses from cross reference lists, ready for population into Outlook or other eMail solution.
  • Facilitates automatic Fax shots, again to target groups identified. Fax numbers held in the solution are automatically populated into any industry standard desktop faxing solution
  • Automatically logs outbound marketing activity
  • Generates sales reports by sales person, with automatic updating of status field with notes entered in general screen & logs date of entry.
