Product Summary :
This tool is essentially an add-on to Exchequer Enterprise Accounting software – it is a simplified data input device which allows employee activity tracking, so that project costs can be tracked and chargeable hours carefully calculated.
The solution can be implemented at each employee's desktop, with information entered being automatically uploaded to Exchequer at the back-end and thereby visible to the Exchequer users in the finance department. It brings with it substantial cost savings in that additional Exchequer licenses are not necessary for each of the solution's users.
The client screen is laid out as a time-sheet and data entry fields include employee number (generated by Exchequer), project name, activity description, and start-time and finish-time per activity.
Exchequer reports can then be generated by the finance personnel showing overall hours by project or showing overall weekly time sheets per employee etc. |
