| Example User – Silks Private Members Club
Silks Private Members Club is an expansive and elaborate Casino located on Dublin 's Earlsfort Terrace. The three main interlinking gaming rooms are laid out with black-jack tables, roulette, fast poker, stud poker and baccarat. Since opening night in November 2003 the membership has grown to 1200 and continues to grow at a steady rate. The increasing numbers prompted the Director of Operations JJ Woods to look more closely at investing in a customised membership system.

Product Summary :
The Membership solution was built using Microsoft Studio.Net database technologies. A primary function of the system is to support member registration including different member options; private membership, corporate membership, use of Casino only, use of corporate entertainment facilities etc.
The system then supports the issue to each member of a membership card which displays only a simple barcode. The barcode is read into the system upon entry and exit of the member, and their guests, to the club. The system also helps the Club's management to understand what facilities are in demand in the club and therefore what to make available to guests on different nights of the week and weekend |
